UFinance

UFinance Limited is a privately owned New Zealand finance company that provides finance for the purchase of transportable cabins and tiny homes.  Our mission is to get more Kiwis into long-term family homes.

Operating since 2009, UFinance has provided loans to over 2000 homebuyers across the North Island.

We pride ourselves on being 100% NZ-owned and operated and understanding the requirements of NZ buyers.

UFinance works closely with many Cabin and Transportable Home Companies and is comfortable providing long-term finance for these very well-built, council-consented cabins and tiny homes.

UFinance Limited are governed by the Responsible Lending Laws under the CCCFA and is not a Financial Advice Provider (FAP).

Always Been Flexible

Since getting our two units many years ago our financial situations have changed many times. The team has always been flexible with our changes in circumstances and upfront and easy to communicate with. It's our fault that this has not been an easy investment as we've had to change our repayments a number of times, but the team has never closed the doors on us. Now that we've almost completed our payments and looking forward to taking full ownership, I can gladly say that in retrospect choosing to go with UFinance was a very wise choice indeed.
